Welding is the part of a job that cannot be quietly fixed later. A bad weld stays bad, whatever goes on top of it.
We work to qualified welding procedures, with welders qualified for the processes and materials in the procedure. On stainless steel, the heat tint next to the weld shows directly how the heat input was kept, and traceability markings stay readable on the part after welding.
